Who am I and why doing it?
About me
Sometimes the hardest beginnings give rise to the most powerful transformations. My story is not about perfection, but about the courage to keep moving forward — to seek meaning, healing, and truth, even when everything feels unclear.
Coming from a dysfunctional family, I went through periods marked by addictions and emotional dependencies. Until the age of 42, I lived in a fog-like state, on autopilot, constantly struggling with anxiety.
Following a deeply unsettling situation, I experienced a major panic attack. It was the moment that stopped me in my tracks and forced me to look at myself with honesty. That’s when I made the decision to begin a coaching process with mirunainspires.com, which helped me calm my anxiety, offered me greater clarity, and opened the path toward new explorations.
Cognitive‑behavioral therapy followed, and later I worked with a professional specialized in hypnotherapy.
During the ‘Demartini Method’ coaching course with Dacian Păscuț, I realised that many of the techniques I learned can be applied not only in coaching, but also in my work with accounting clients and in collaborating with colleagues. This realisation was a turning point for me.
After this course, I took part in a mentoring program with Cerasela Roagan: https://ceraselarogen.ro. I also obtained a diploma in Evolve Coaching (UK), a 5‑month program (Evolve Life Coaching College), known for its professional quality. Throughout the program, I received highly positive feedback from both clients and instructors, which strengthened my confidence in my coaching abilities and in the impact I can have in people’s lives.
After six years of personal development, study, and working with people facing various challenges, I realised that one of my essential traits is perseverance in the face of any obstacle. Life has taken me through many professional roles — from construction and retail, to credit agent, healthcare assistant, and accounting, where I grew from zero experience to the position of accounts manager.
Even when I had my own business, I realised that my true calling is to work with people — to support them and stand by them in moments of change. I searched for this direction for a long time, and until I aligned myself with my true purpose, I couldn’t find a real sense of meaning in my life.
For me, coaching is more than a profession — it is a a soul‑deep calling. What sets me apart in a meaningful way is my spiritual journey. There were times when I rejected religion, yet I eventually reached a deep conviction that without a connection to God, we cannot truly move forward. God is always with us; sometimes, however, we are the ones who choose not to see Him. I have felt this presence and protection in difficult moments, including in situations like accidents, from which I walked away safe and profoundly grateful.
Through the divine connection available to all of us, the guidance I can offer, and their own will and trust, we can transform challenges into steps toward a more fulfilled and conscious life.
